BRIOGEO’S BIG REVEAL!
As most of you know, I am a Brand Ambassador for Briogeo, which is a naturally-based haircare line. The founder, Nancy, was inspired by family tradition and created products that were homemade and natural. A lot has been going on for the brand and I’m here to share some information about the newest additions to the line!
Through Instagram, Briogeo has been dropping hints about their newest additions, which include an oil, cowash, and leave-in curl defining créme. Here they are below:

The Rosarco Oil is described as a “lightweight oil treatment specifically formulated for combating dryness and maintaining shiny, vibrant, and healthy looking hair. This ultra-intensive, miracle hair oil contains a unique blend of nutrient-rich argan, rosehip, and coconut oils for superior nourishment and radish extract for incredible shine and silkiness” (briogeohair.com).
I’m excited to try the oil because of the unique blend. I’ve never used Rosehip oil so I’m excited to learn more about it. I know Coconut oil is great for strengthening the hair and sealing, and I love Argan oil for shine. I usually have trouble maintaining shine so I’m excited to see what this product is going to do for me.
It has an extremely light consistency, which is great! I have fine strands, which are easily weighed down so this is looking like the start of a great relationship! It also has the signature Briogeo product smell, which is very clean, light, and refreshing. It isn’t overpowering AT ALL! I’ll be using this as the ‘O’ in the LOC method and for daily oiling treatments to help with shine.

The Curl Charisma is a newer version of the original Curl Charisma, which is a curl defining conditioner. The leave-in creme is described as a ‘finishing créme specifically formulated for curly to wavy tresses. This lightweight, moisture-rich finishing creme is fortified with frizz-deterring rice amino-acids, avocado oil, and nourishing quinoa extract to nurture and enhance the texture of your curls’ (briogeohair.com).
I’m super excited to try the leave-in creme because I enjoyed the Curl Charisma conditioner. It defined my curls and reduced frizz, so I’m excited to see what goodness the leave-in creme will bring! I love super defined curls so I’m excited about the quinoa extract and I detest frizz so the rice amino acids are a plus.
The Curl Charisma Leave-in Creme has a very light consistency; it kind of reminds me of lotion, but lighter. It has a very light, yet yummy scent. I’d love to try this as the ‘C’ in the LOC method. Since it enhances moisture, it’ll be great for the LOC method to keep my curls soft, moisturized, and shiny for days!

I’m excited to try the Be Gentle, Be Kind co-wash because of its hydrating properties. I wasn’t a fan of the Be Gentle, Be Kind Shampoo because my hair felt stripped, but I am excited to try the co-wash. I’m hoping it’ll give me that clean feeling without making my hair feel stripped and dry.
It has a creamy, lightweight consistency much like the Curl Charisma. It has a very light scent, which may be the lightest out of the Briogeo products (I had to try hard to catch the scent). It’ll be a great addition to my goodies and I can’t wait to try it!
